In this free class, we’ll explore the difference between trying to fix the body and learning how to connect to it, through gentle movement, attention, and simple neurosomatic experiments.
This class is for you if you are dealing with pain, tension, anxiety, fatigue, bracing, or old patterns that seem to keep returning no matter how much you try to manage them.
No experience needed. You can participate lying down, sitting, or adapting the movements to your body.
